Our Community

We partner with a number of charities, chosen by our people, to make a positive impact on our local communities in London and Dallas.

Volunteering

We boast an incredible array of world-class skills across our business. We encourage our people to use their abilities to make a difference in areas that matter to them. This includes tutoring, third sector technology support and hands-on local community projects.

Everyone is entitled to two paid volunteer days per year to do this.

"I ended up raising more than £35,000, after G-Research double matched everything I raised!"

Matt Barsby Deputy Head of Engineering

Fundraising

We are committed to our local communities, working closely with charity partners in London and Dallas chosen annually by our teams. This currently includes St Mungo’s, Spear and Magic Breakfast – all of which are local to our London office – and the North Texas Food Bank.

A major part of our annual fundraising efforts come with our Make a Difference Month, where the business triple-matches all money raised by our people. We also double-match employee fundraising for charities of their choice throughout the year, and offer Give as you Earn.

"During this year's make a difference month I raised more than £1000!"
