Through G-Research NextGen we will work with academic partners, educational organisations and charities to help support the next generation of STEM talent.

Academic community

Through G-Research scholarships, we are fully funding more than 50 PhD students at leading academic institutions across the UK and Europe, including the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London and four ELLIS-affiliated sites.

Academic community

We’re supporting the academic community by fully funding more than 50 PhD students at leading universities across the UK and Europe. The G-Research scholarships – our flagship PhD funding programme – sits alongside an extensive range of grant and PhD prize funds, designed to support students in their research endeavours.

We empower our people to share their knowledge and expertise through volunteer opportunities, and deliver financial support to grassroots STEM charities, such as UpReach and STEMettes.
