The role
The Office Operations team is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy organisation in London’s West End.
Working closely with the Office Manager and Front of House team, this is a varied, hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
This position involves practical and manual responsibilities, so the successful candidate must be comfortable with physical tasks and approaching challenges with a proactive “can do” mindset.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing internal requests through JIRA and other systems, coordinating emails, suppliers, quotes and orders
- Maintaining accurate records and allocation tracking, supporting ad hoc requests and liaising with building management and group entities
- Conducting daily office checks, maintaining organised and well-stocked spaces and supporting deliveries and shipments
- Assembling and configuring desks and furniture for new starters, meetings and internal events, ensuring safe and professional setups
- Carrying out basic maintenance and handyman tasks, including minor repairs and safe use of tools and equipment
- Supporting Front of House operations during busy periods
- Assisting with event setup and support health and safety processes, including identifying and reporting risks or issues
