The role
As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will support the design and delivery of core OD processes and programmes, including performance management, talent and succession planning, culture initiatives and job architecture.
Working closely with the OD team and the wider People team to ensure these activities are coordinated, data-driven and effectively embedded across the organisation.
This is a highly collaborative role, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Contributing to the design and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including developing guidance and manager enablement
- Supporting talent and succession planning activities through insightful data analysis, preparation of materials and identification of emerging talent trends and risks
- Developing high-quality presentations, frameworks and guidance to support performance, talent and culture-related initiatives
- Contributing to the development and embedding of culture initiatives including organisational values and behaviours
- Collaborating with the wider People team to ensure performance, talent and culture practices are aligned and consistently applied
- Maintaining and enhancing OD frameworks, tools and documentation to support scalable, effective people practices
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in organisational development, learning and development, HR or other People-related roles
- Experience supporting the design and running of cyclical people processes such as performance management and talent reviews
- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear, high-quality materials
- Confidence working with data, including analysing and presenting insights
- The ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support across multiple projects
