The role

We are offering a 12-month opportunity for students enrolled on a sandwich degree programme or those due to graduate in 2026 to join our People team. This role provides first-hand experience in one of the most dynamic HR environments in the industry.
 
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will act as the face of TA for both candidates and hiring managers. You will manage our remote and on-site assessment processes, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.


In this role, you’ll partner with TA Specialists across Technology, Corporate Functions and Early Careers to optimise their recruiting activity. You will also work closely with the TA Operations Manager on data analysis, reporting, procurement and relocation.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing end-to-end assessment processes, ensuring interviews and tests progress as planned and issues are resolved quickly
  • Scheduling interviews and assessments across range of roles
  • Managing interview room bookings and ensuring spaces are organised and presentable
  • Delivering an elite candidate experience, ensuring that candidates have a seamless onsite and remote interviewing experience
  • Being the face of the TA team for candidates and interviewers
  • Supporting the TA team with ad-hoc projects

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for students who demonstrate a genuine interest in Human Resources and are eager to gain real-world experience across different HR disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Be enrolled on a relevant sandwich degree graduating in 2028, or due to graduate in 2026 in a field such as Business, Social Sciences or Organisational Psychology
  • A strong academic record, including excellent A-Level or BTEC results
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills coupled with a proactive and collaborative approach to work
