Applying user-centred design principles to highly complex systems, supporting infrastructure and platform teams with intuitive, insight-driven UX solutions
Collaborating with product managers and engineers to define and shape the future of developer experience at G-Research
Owning the UX and UI vision for our internal developer portal, ensuring consistency, clarity and usability across tools and services
Delivering end-to-end design artefacts, including journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, asset libraries and high-fidelity prototypes
Facilitating collaborative design processes, including cross-team workshops, design reviews and embedding UX thinking in engineering rituals and platform roadmap
Championing a developer-first approach, gathering feedback, testing ideas and iterating to continuously improve usability and impact

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a user-centric and empathetic approach to problem solving
Experience leading projects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Passionate about improving the developer experience and building internal tools that engineers love to use
