After University, I began working for a start-up where they really valued the company culture. Work culture therefore became an important aspect for me, so when I was contacted by G-Research I discovered a company where I could grow as a developer, whilst feeling like the company valued me as a person, not just a code monkey.
“The atmosphere at G-Research is really friendly and it’s apparent that company genuinely respects its employees and their time. There’s a lot of little touches like the company buying in food for board games and offering lieu time if you do training or events out-of-hours. It encourages you to grow as a developer without asking you to destroy your social and family life. It’s things like that which make it feel like more than just a place that turns coffee into code and a place that I enjoy coming to work.”
