PhD Prize With SOCINT

The Società Italiana di Intelligence (SOCINT), in collaboration with G-Research, is launching a new Italian PhD prize for quantitative research.

Up to €30,000

The prize is sponsored by G-Research with a total prize fund is €30,000, divided into three prizes for the best research (€10,000 per prize), which will be selected from student submissions.

Who can apply?

The award is open to students who are in the last year of their PhD at an Italian research institution, in the following quantitative fields:

  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Computer science/computer engineering
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Data science

How to participate

To participate in the prize, eligible students will need to supply:

  • An extract (extended abstract) of their PhD thesis, including a short abstract or initial summary (10-page maximum)
  • An up-to-date CV

The above documents must be sent to socintphdprize@gresearch.com between 1 October 2023 and 31 October 2023.
