“My main project involved developing reporting tools to improve visibility and help teams make better use of their data. I worked across the process, from gathering and analysing data to building the final dashboards.
“It’s been rewarding to see my work being used and having a tangible impact. Knowing that what I’ve built is helping people better understand where attention or resources may be needed has been particularly valuable.
“The project has also helped me develop both technically and professionally, particularly when it comes to working with different stakeholders and understanding their requirements.
“Alongside the work itself, the community at G-Research is very supportive. There’s always someone interesting who’s happy to have a coffee, share their perspective or bounce ideas off.”
