These Terms of Use, your access to and use of the Site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or their subject matter, save that G-Research may enforce its rights in the courts of any jurisdiction having competence to issue an injunction directly enforceable against you.

G-Research operates within a wider group of related entities and its business is that of a service provider to those related entities. References on this Site to the broad nature of G-Research’s work and the wide intellectual freedom granted to its employees (and related remarks) are in all cases without prejudice to the fact that all work undertaken by G-Research is work which is done under the direction and at the request of, those related entities.
