“I am a Quantitative Researcher in the optimisation space.

“What I like the most about my job is it’s super open. I’m able to work with a lot of folks from other teams, too, such as working closely with engineers and other quantitative researchers.

“I was very surprised by how collaborative the business is, how open everyone is, and how friendly everyone is. Everyone’s willing to help. Even people who are entirely outside of your management line or completely outside of your focus area.”
