Hi, my name's uh, Phillip Bullock. I'm a leader in the platform engineering organization, uh, supporting the infrastructure as a service teams here in Dallas, Texas. The infrastructure teams, um, are responsible for ensuring that we're building the most modern, uh, resilient, reliable infrastructure, uh, in the world. And this, this infrastructure really is the core, um, that enables the research and innovation that's made GR successful. One of the things I think that really differentiates GR from other places that I've been involved with is their desire to continue to iterate, to grow to, to, to see what's coming next. Uh, a lot of companies are pretty happy building something big and writing that out as long as possible. Uh, GR understands that what got us here to made us so successful won't necessarily get us to the next level where we want to be. And so what's really exciting about working at GR is the opportunity to, to explore those new technologies, explore those options that are really gonna get us to that next level. We have a, a tremendous amount of, uh, compute CPU and GPU, multiple eight megawatt data halls. We encourage the engineers to, to dive into new technologies, to, um, learn about things, to like ai, to figure out how can we leverage, uh, these new things to be an enabler to help us continue to be successful and move faster. Uh, sometimes that's taking on a new product, sometimes that's developing it ourselves. Um, but we have the engineers have the freedom to explore these, um, to look for alternative solutions to solve a problem that we have that will help us to be the best that we can to continue to grow and be a cutting edge, uh, requires that engineers not only continue to grow, uh, in the depth of the skills that they have, but also continue to kind of broaden and kind of expand their toolbox, if you will. Um, we're really committed to making sure that the engineers have training path plans, that they have courses for technology to continue to, to learn new things. We also encourage, uh, whether it's trade shows or conferences, um, to have folks attend those to understand, okay, what's coming? What, where's the industry headed? What are the new things that are coming up? Um, so that we can start to really ensure that not only are we delivering the best now, but um, we do have an eye on the future and make sure that we're working towards, um, the, the best possible solution for us. Um, the, the opportunities for learning are, are tremendous. Um, and it's definitely not a place where you get bored. So it's a really exciting company to be a part.
