The role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Brand & Partnerships Coordinator to support the delivery of G-Research’s brand and partnership strategy.
Reporting to the Brand & Partnerships Manager, you will help manage relationships with external partners — including next-generation talent initiatives and charities — while supporting the execution of engaging events and brand initiatives both internally and externally.
This is a varied, fast-paced role combining relationship management, event coordination, campaign support and organisational excellence. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives on delivering exceptional experiences, and has an interest in branding and marketing.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Support the management of relationships with external partners, including educational programmes, charities and sector-relevant organisations
- Act as a key point of contact for partner communications, ensuring a professional and responsive experience
- Research and identify potential new partners and thought leaders aligned to G-Research’s brand and talent strategy
- Help coordinate partnership agreements, key dates, deliverables and reporting
Event & Experience Coordination
- Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events, including partner-led events hosted at G-Research
- Facilitate an exceptional partner experience when using our event space — coordinating logistics such as merchandise, branded materials, hospitality, room set-up and comfort requirements
- Attend events and support on-the-day logistics, ensuring smooth execution and strong brand representation
- Work closely with internal teams to promote events and initiatives across appropriate channels
Brand & Campaign Support
- Coordinate ad-hoc brand projects, and campaigns from initial concept through to launch
- Support the coordination and launch of new initiatives, ensuring timelines, stakeholders and communications are aligned
- Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to amplify partnership activities and talent engagement efforts
Organisation & Operations
- Maintain accurate diaries of key events, deadlines and partnership milestones
- Prepare agendas, document actions and track follow-ups
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery
- Provide general administrative and organisational support to the Brand & Partnerships function
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a highly organisational, coordination or client-facing role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior internal stakeholders and external partners
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable taking ownership while working collaboratively
- AI fluency, with the ability to effectively use AI tools (e.g. for research, content support, organisation and workflow optimisation) and a curiosity to continuously explore new applications.
Desirable:
- Experience and interest in employer brand, marketing, partnerships or events
- Experience working with academic, STEM or early-talent communities
