G-Research has been welcomed into Imperial College London’s Circle of Benefactors, recognising our longstanding support for mathematics, machine learning and the next generation of research talent.
The recognition was marked at a ceremony this spring on Imperial’s South Kensington campus, where G-Research was added to the institution’s donor recognition installation alongside organisations that have made significant philanthropic contributions to Imperial’s research and education.
G-Research is funding six PhD scholarships across mathematics and machine learning, with four currently supporting students and two more planned. The partnership also includes support for Imperial’s Department of Mathematics, helping to strengthen research, develop future scientific leaders and deepen collaboration between academia and industry.
The event brought together senior leaders from Imperial and G-Research, including Imperial President Professor Hugh Brady and G-Research Academic Relations Manager Dr Charles Martinez.
We’re proud to be deepening our partnership with Imperial, an institution at the forefront of mathematics, AI and machine learning. By investing in talent and contributing to Imperial’s research environment, we hope to help advance the kind of high-impact work that underpins the future of quantitative science.
